POLICIES

Students are asked to give 24 hours notice when canceling a private or group lesson. Students who do not call to cancel at least 8 hours prior to the lesson are subject to lesson being charged.
All lessons and classes must be paid for before they begin.
All students must sign in at the reception desk before entering the ballroom. This includes individuals and couples using the floor for practice time.
Introductory offers and guest specials are a one-time offer for non-students and can not be combined or repeated. The two private lessons may not be taken on the same day.
Proper dance shoes, though not required, are an important part of learning and are therefore recommended. Shoes may be purchased in our retail store or through another dance shoe retailer.
Dance Colorado service charge for returned check collection is $25 per item, regardless of the amount of the check or the reason.
Relatives and friends watching lessons are asked to please be courteous while in the ballroom and silence cell phones.
Students are responsible for remembering the times and dates of scheduled lessons.
Private lessons are 45 minutes. Group classes are either 45 minutes or 1.5 hours in length.
If a student is late for a private lesson, the lesson will not be extended as this will delay the following lesson/class. The lesson will still be charged as a full 45 minutes.
Studio closure due to inclement weather conditions will be announced on our answering machine. Please call (719)473-1395 if you are unsure of a weather closure.
If you would like to videotape your lesson, recording is permitted.
